Shoddy Service

I live in South Africa and ordered a bottle of port and chocolates to be delivered to my father in Perth, Scotland, on his 86th birthday, on 26 November. Despite requesting the due date when I made the order on 22 November, the gift was delivered on the morning after his birthday. What a disappointment. A ten pound platitude from Customer Services doesn't impress me one bit. Doubt that I'd use the services of Marks and Spencer again and I certainly won't be recommending them either.
