Russel Hobs Bread Man Serial No: 12683

I have a Russell Hobs Bread Maker which I have been very satisfied with. Unfortunetly the loaf tin started leaking and I had to order a new loaf tin plus a kneading arm from Home of Living Brand. I paid for this on the 19/8 including deliver free. I am still waiting for the order and have had to struggle to get any feedback. I was so frustrated (I use my bread machine at least 5 times a week) that I thought of just buying a new bread machine.
But not a new Russell Hobs Bread Machine.

Although I love my Russell Hobs Bread Machine, this experience has put me off any Russell Hobs product I could not go through this experience again if the need for any spare parts arose. Surely with such a fantastic brand Russell Hobs could source a more reliable and responsible Spare Parts Company?
