TomTom no real products available in SA

TomTom is ripping off South African customers by advertising themselves as a competative product/company, but they don't have half the products they advertise on their website aqvailable in our country.please read the sequence of events

Me: Customer By Web Form (Danie Ruthven) 09/07 05.54 PM-_I cannot buy from online store, I can see the products and prices but theres no option to add to cart

Them: I understand that you are unable to buy products from TomTom website. Please be assured that I will try my best to assist you. Danie, I regret to inform you that there are no TomTom centres available in South Africa. For any purchase of product, you will have contact your nearest retailer.

Me: Please advise as to where I can get a hold of this product, I've been
looking since March month. The South African selection of available accessories is pathetic to say the least

Them: Danie, Generally, we do not have all the accessories available in South Africa. At TomTom we take all customer comments, feedback and - Response and suggestions seriously and therefore we have passed your comments on to our 2nd Line Team, Product Management and Marketing Team.
