I bought and order flowers online from marks and Spencer which is to be delivered to my girlfriend in London, for our anniversary, marks and Spencer deducted money from my account and sent me a mail to confirm that my order has been sent, but till date they did not deliver the flowers or contact me, this is a bad impression or bad customer service, for I need a full refund
