Placed order with a 24 hour turnaround - nothing sent, no response, no reply to complaint

I placed an order and paid extra for a 24 hour turnaround time. At the 24 hour mark I reminded the company that I expected to hear from them ASAP. Not only have I not heard back, I have contacted the intermediary company, nochex - to give me a refund of money paid via their company.

Ripped off and should have known better
