They sent a check for $3980.00 and claim thatI won 250, 000, yet I never entered a sweepstake

I got a letter without a return address on front of the envelope and they claim that I won $250, 000. There was also a cashiers check enclosed for $3980.00. It said That I had won a sweepstake and I know that can't be possible because I never enter them. Beware this is the second time in 2 weeks that I have been told I won a large sum of money. The first was 2.5 million if only I send $350.00 to Jamaica first by wire transfer. Just remember that nothing in life is free.
