Lycatel services, over 200 minutes ripoff on just one card london

Ought a 5 cobra card and got extra 5 free therefore should have 10 in total. called libya for 15 minutes and egypt for 18 minutes, at the end of the call i pressed hash twice to find how much i have left on the card, the message stated that i have 6.25 left. 15 minutes later trying to usethe card again and the message i received was that there is no credit left on the card. when i tried to make a complaint, i gt people who work in a customer service who are trying to sell me other products and services. it has taken from thursday 11/2 to monday 15/02 continuous calling and all they did was telling me that i have called egypt for 222 minutes, i would like to challange lycatel to prove to me that i have spend 222 minutes on a call to egypt. i know i have only spend 18 minutes to egypt and i can prove it. therefore lycatel rips-off customers in minutes calculation and ou of the customers money as well.
