Sent me an e-mail about a bequest of Engr. Luther Kruger leaving me money

I received an e-mail to my address from this person saying that this gentleman had my name in his will, wanting to leave me a large sum of money to help support my humanitarian activities and to help the poor and needy in our society. I had a feeling this was not good so I checked on the internet and found out that it was a scam and wanted to let you know that they are still at it. Please cann't you put a stop to this so that the elderlywill not get ripped off.
