Scammer - Trying to get Money Aylesbuery Bucks

I was contacted by "Michael Collins" This is what was written:

Good day,
You have been accepted as our Mystery shopper/Survey Agent. You will be evaluating MONEYGRAM / WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER SERVICES / MACY'S STORES / WALLMART STORE / And ANY GROCERY STORE in your neighborhoods.

Please remember that you are to act cool, calm and confident through out the period in which you will be carrying out the survey. In order not to arouse any suspicion we will furnish you with transfer details which you will send Funds to via MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER. Also you will be shopping at macy's stores close by. After which you will write a report and send back to us via Email using the following pointers:

1) How long it took you to get services.
2) Ambience/Outlook of the Shop/Outlet
3) Smartness of the attendant
4) Customer service professionalism
5) Reaction of personnel under pressure
6) Information that you think would be helpful
7) Your comments and impressions.

Payments will be mailed out to you which you will cash and expend in carrying out all that will be required of you including your compensation.
All Other Instructions will be sent out to you as soon as Evaluation commences.

Mail us back with Locations of Macy's Stores / MONEYGRAM AND WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER Near you for our own review and we later mail you back if they are the stores you going to evaluate.

- I then emailed back with the information they asked. Then I got another email in return. This is what it said:

This are the instructions to follow:

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THE PAYMENT:
1. Straight to your BANK, Evaluate there by cashing the payment.

2. After that you will go to a WESTERN UNION LOCATION near you, get the money sent out to the Name Listed Below.

3. You are to deduct from the money the transfer charges, and your $200. After that you get the remaining transfered to the following information.
