Aka DPI Energy, LLC Check in the mail saying I won from January trying to locate

I received this check in the mail, looking official, with an address in Dallas, Texas. Stating that I had won a seasonal sweepstakes back from January 25 and they have been unable to locate me. I have moved quite a bit this year, so I though, well this could be. In reading more of the letter, when they say to call and get directions, I also got skeptical about the check, when I called the first time and got a message stating they were unable to come to the phone, then when I read the last paragraph stating that the remainder of the money would be sent. I decided to go on line to find information about the company.

I want to thank everyone who has written in, and I agree, that our federal government should do more to stop these kind of letters going out. With times the way they are, an elderly person might not understand all of this and think that they have received money and will be able to get through the winter months without worry.
