I could not find any information on Nicon Trust Inc. but I did find info on the address used. complaint had three other consumer complaints dated in June. Looks like David Norman and Helen Anderson have picked the scam up again.

Letter sent to my home from David Norman who advised of a 2nd attempt to notify me of lotto winning of $150, 000. A response will be needed within 3 weeks from the day the letter was sent.

Payment would be from their North American payment office located in Buffalo NY. Prize winnings would be released as soon as the clearance fee is deducted and paid.

For security purposes and clarity, they strongly advise to keep the winning information confidential until the claims have been fully processed and money remitted.

Needless to say I won't be calling 011-44-750-501-8448 or sending any banking information.
