Firstly how do these companies get my email address to send me Rip Offs like this UKNL National Lottery, it's obviously a fraud but someone might just ring them so that's why I'm writng this report. On ringing the nmber given you may be being charged up to 2 per minute and kept on for 10 mins. They'll take a record of your number and pass it on next you receive lots of unsolicitored calls. Besides this they ask you for a "claims processing fee" which can be a substantial amount, needless to say it's all a scam.
