Do not buy anything off this deceitful bogus company

I ordered a quad from this company in oct 07 with a delivery date for nov 07 but got an e mail from them saying it would not arrive until dec.

i e mailed them back to confirm it would arrive in dec which they said it would but again in dec was told by robert phillips they could not deliver until jan 08 but i could cancel and get a refund plus intrest.

i said i would take the refund and cancelled the order. after a number of e mails i still haven't got a refund and now cant get in touch with them as their web site is closed.

i also think moneybookers have a case to answer for their involement in this.
