50Webs.com refuses password/access for website, paid 15 days ago, doesn't respond to emails, states they will or have and haven't

50 webs.com was paid $36.00 to host a website for debforrep.com; I am running for Pennsylvania State Representative in the General Assembly 94th District.

HOSTINGA HOSTINGANDD received the funds from my account on July 14, #185897; I emailed them several times today, and they responded saying that they would respond with the password that is needed to access my account, but still have not.

They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but since two weeks have already passed, I assume they will let the 30 days expire and not refund any money.

This has been holding up my campaign, literature has been printed with a website, and I still do not have one.

I plan to file an affidavit at my bank to try to retrieve the money since it was paid with a debit/credit card.
