Checking out payday loans and somehow these people got my bank info-charges of $42.85 United KIngdom

I am 65 disable senior on ssi/sdi. had unexpected bill and was going to use payday loans.

I did not in the end use any of the loan companies I checked out.

On 04-30-08 my account was charged $2.95 and on 05-08-08 $39.90. I have contacted my bank and they are crediting account for the $39.90. The $2.95 will be disbuted. I called saveyourident. they would not answer my questions and in the end they hung up on me! I don't even know how they got info for debit, this is pretty scary and these people need to be stopped, regulated, fined or something.

I notice while doing research that their website is up for sale??? Any info that anyone has on this outfit I would apprecited knowing about it. I am in the process of filing a fraud report with my bank but have very limited info. on these people...
