GM Solutions GM Solutions - SCAM Marketing Role Fake Job Title, Promises to make you a Marketing Manage

I am currently looking for work within the Advertising/Marketing industry. After attending a few interviews at some very reputable well known Publishing and Advertising companies, I was shocked to get a response only one day after I applied to the company calling itself 'GM Solutions'.

I was contacted by one of the secretaries and requested I come in for a preliminary interview, It struck me as odd that they were insistent that I come in for the interview the very next day. After deliberating, I decided that I might as well go check it out. I was greeted in their Old Street office by loud dance music and an application form to fill out which was suspiciously basic. I was interviewed by an American girl who kept bigging up the company and telling me how within only 6 - 10 months they could make me (through intensive training) a Marketing Manager. This really struck me as odd... especially as the interview was literally only 10 mins long and that they were going to alledgedly talk to another '40' candidates that day.

The interviewer than told me she was going to call me back around 6pm to let me know if i was shortlisted for the second interview stage which was on Monday. Again... very peculiar. I got the phone call of congratulations and thought i had better check the company out before going any further. After failing to find an official UK website for the company when googling the name I was directed to a similar story about the same company. Everything was the same... from the email sender's name 'Justin Cobbs' to the description of the odd interview stage.

Thankfully I found out before going to the '2nd stage interview' that GM Solutions are in fact SCAM artists and recruit people to sale door to door for them whilst promising 'great career progression'. Im so glad i found the report by Gillan33 as this saved me the expense and time of going forward for such a fake position. So beware people, dont be fooled!!!
