Phone scam. Sutton

So I decided to find a phone over the internet because the one I wanted was way too much to buy retail. So I went on eBay to scope out prices, and it was still out of my price range, I went to a classified ad (first mistake) and found it for really cheap ($350 compared to $550 on ebay or $800 retail) so I ordered my Nokia N95 8GB with no troubles, they contacted me about a $150 customs fee, I obliged (second mistake).

I got a phone call the next morning saying that I need to buy 2 more because they deal in bulk, which wasn't part of our original agreement, So I waited it out, I was contacted the next day and was told that they messed up the packaging and sent me 3 of my phone, 2 iPhones, another SE W960 and a free iPod with it. I said that I will send back the mistaken [package but I will not pay for the shipping. They say they can't do that because they would run at a loss, too bad I say, your mistake, your loss... But apparently not.

They said I need to pay 70% of the total package which was more money than I have, so they end up slipping another $500 from me (third mistake), and have been calling me every 2 hours since. I refuse to pay them any more. I just wanted my package.

I called UPS to ask where the package was, because by this point I'm thinbking this is a scam. I gave them the tracking number and they said it hasn't gone anywhere. UPS doesn't have it, it hasn't even moved from UK. I asked why, they said that it's possible to generate a tracking number wihtout ever shipping the package. And now I'm here. As I type I'm arguing with Basheer Lam to give me my money back.
