U.S citizens are not allowed to enter lotto in London. will not answer personal Questions

These people contacted me out of the blue. I never entered a lotto in London. They have an up graded email setup that makes you think they are for real. They wanted me to send about 900$ USD to release my "winnings" of 9, 000, 000$USD and a brand new BMW 5 series.. They also use a logo of a shipper by the name of GateWay Express Couriers to conduct the transfer. I checked the Couriers in London and found no such bussiness
