Ripoff fraudulant claims of guaranteed income

Morethantraffic.com claims they guarantee to make you $100, 000 in four months after paying them a $169 startup fee. I paid my money, they set up an affiliate website for me, then they suspended my affiliate site for no reason. They refuse to answer my email requesting a reason, they refuse to take my phone calls. When I call them I get a recording which states "sorry caller, all lines are busy, try your call again later." I have emailed them demanding a refund of my $169 with no answer.
