So now we have an "Angus" pretending to be an "ex-employee" telling us that "customers lie" and that they have to pay regardless of whether the product is any good. Funny then that Angus in fact still works there, isn't it.

Well Angus, you are quite wrong: customers do pay their bills on the whole and the vast majority of them would only not do so if there was an issue with the product or service; to write that the quality of the product doesn't matter and that they have to pay because they breached some arbitrary deadline is outrageous. You say you stay within the law and I take issue with this: you stringently enforce a notion of a verbal contract on the basis of a wee chat; that is where the fraud sets in, that the strength & viciousness of the enforcement is not matched by an equal measure of strength during the "sales call"; any investigator listening to your "tapes" will rub their hands in glee.

It's called "fraud" Angus and you're going to jail, mate.
