This company is totally unaware of its employees as a whole and it promises a fantastic career and promotion opportunities this is total drivel. Employees are overlooked in order to gain a profit. A definite lack of communication exists between management and staff who struggle to cope under very stressful circumstances. The monthly wages are shocking but fit with the national average if you live in the third world community.

How can employees assist the public with little or no hands on training? Training involves reading a manual that is as complex as war and peace and probably twice as long and if your lucky you get to listen into a couple of calls before you go live and are let loose on the general public. If you are extremely lucky you may receive a headset in order to carry out your job if not you either have to borrow/steal someone elses.

Bonuses are a plenty and an easter egg shared between 20 is fab or a warm can of lager is ace. Overtime is available but only if you do not wish to be paid for it as no one ever gets what they work for which is a bit of a bummer. Still there is always the wild life as the building (s) are a host for an infestation of the common flea. It is like something from the bible a mass exodus of employees and a constant re-employing of other lambs to the slaughter.

Canteen facilities are second to none supplying out of date sandwiches at a reduced price and the use of a kettle if someone hasn't nicked the plug. There is one thing that was well and truly thought out and that is the fact that the company is based on the dock side so the dragging of the docks may result in the finding of all the missing employees who decided they had just had enough
