Ripoff

The Company i work for was phones by Berger & Co in July we were given a report called "Discipline And Dismissal - Management Strategies And The Law." We were told four times we needed this report. It was sent to us on a 21 day approval.
We sent it back in October having let the holidays lapse. We are now being threatened with Court action if we do not pay the bill of 345.00.

Firstly the report is a waste of space and the cost is too much.
I have taken the opportunity to contact the media (Private Eye & The scottish Sun Newspaper.)
I also contacted a solicitor for advice.
I await Berger's reply with baited breath.
