No Support for Members

I recently won a dispute on Freelancer.com. The freelancer who lost the dispute is now targeting me by posting fake projects which I am awarded and then the client vanishes - not only have I paid a commission to freelancer.com at the outset of the project (which they refuse to refund!), the fake clients who use proxy servers to pretend they are in other countries other than Asia - then leave me negative feedback in an attempt to ruin my reputation.

When I asked for support from Freelancer.com - they said there was NOTHING they could do!! I contacted the Google Team and told them about the fake IDs on Gmail and they were very supportive.

Freelancer.com - you need to wake up and look after the honest people who are registered on your site!!
