Failure to repay money

I paid a sum of money to this company with a promise of definite mystery shopper jobs or your money back guarantee Well absolutely no jobs and guess what??? Despite numerous e-mails to them no money back either!!!

I thought that these businesses were checked and monitored but clearly not.

Any advice as to how to get my money back?
