Winning price transferred to RBI

Hello Sir,

I am a Business man Jagdish, i received a message regarding lucky draw winning amount form coka cola company, i respond the mail and provided all the necessary documents. Few day back i received a call from the democrat of UK

Mogan, he visited India and demanded me to pay 25, 000 ind rupess for claiming my winning amount. I didt payed and i refused the offer. Yesterday i received e-mail from the same company telling that the amount has been transferred to the RBI and collect your winning amount.

please guide me how genuine is this below e-mail, Thank you sir
