I received what is alledged to be a data report notice for un clamied prize money totalling £ 735, 300 .It is dated 09/09

It had all my correct name and address details printed on it and asking me pay £10 to claim for it.

For all i know, i haven't had any prior knowledge nor dealings with this company. How come they acquired my name and address details?
