THEY RIPPED ME OFF!! user-guides.co.uk THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!

Ordered a recovery disc from this company on the 16th march, paid via paypal. I then received a confirmation email from user- guides@yahoo.co.uk.
This email provided a link which takes you to their tracking facility on the web site.
At first the only information shown here indicates when the order was placed.
After a few days this information still remained with no indication of despatch.
On their contact page is a list :

Most of the above questions are links which take you to their Help Desk, where you can submit an email.

"Expect a reply in 24 hours" no chance!!!

I've emailed them three times this week already asking if the item has been despatched. STILL WAITING!

Anyone considering buying from this company should establish contact with them first via email. There is no physical address or telephone number listed on their website!!!

I have opened a paypal claim against them as their lack of contact has proved
I wont be receiving my item or any comment from them.
