EBay Seller RHSERVE Closed Hosting Account On False Acccusations. Blocks Buyers After Making Payment Fraud and Scamme

This eBay powerseller or powerTHIEF ha lately been selling a 1cent ebook to prop up his feedback from many scam complaints over the last years. I conted aroun 20 scam/con complaints if you really check well all his record. But his method of operation is to block you from buying from him so you dont retaliate wih negative feedack, then he closes your account on false accusations andhe doesnt even let you respond. This guy is a UK tennager as reported by others and he is ripping off people and eBay doesnt do a DAMN. His service is BAD. I have seen many outages and he has changed servers like 4 times to expand and has left all my websites wit MySQL servers offline and in bad shape. His status is close to red in server loads so thats why he adds a computer (server) but he is making 1000s monthly and probably has ripped off many people with hosting services and I used the so called UNLIMITED (a lie) account just to host 7 sites of mine. Now HE hijacked these sites as he never gave me time to backed them up or has the policy in fine print of never giving refunds. People pay him a years advance and then he closes them whenever he chooses. If you are an eBay buyer he will block you ahead of time so you don buy the 1cent ebook to retaliate. He did it to me WHAT A SCAMMER with powerseller privileges.
