Bragster.com - Wannabet Entered into a legal binding contract to help them build their brand, and has since refused to submit payment

I wanted to put the alert out to any companies that may be looking to do business with Bragster.com, or Wannabet, ltd out of London. Stay away, stay far away...

Nearly 2 years ago, my company was contacted by Bragster.com. They were looking for someone to help them do some brand building for their new internet startup company. They had recently received a 3.5million investment from Intel.

Contracts were signed, and our work was completed both professionally and according to their timeframes. They prepaid the first half of their contract with us, and that is where the money trail stopped.

Despite repeated efforts on our part to collect on the balance, they have since refused to do so. We made numerous offers to them to entice them pay off their debts with us, even offering them a settlement that would have only covered our costs for their campaign. They still refused.

This company is still operational, and by all accounts is doing quite well financially. The arrogance of the company begins from the top down, starting with Co-founders Bertrand Bodson and Wim Vernaeve. Seems that they think its ok to not pay their bills in the United States because they are headquartered over seas.

This company is run by unethical and unprofessional people. Don't let them fool you. They will back-out on contracts and not pay their debts, just as they have done to us. You've be warned!
