They have tractors and construction machines. I've payid for one and never recieved any tractor or money back. they sent me an false contract, they told me to sign it and gived me a bank account to send the money.please help me

They have on their website tractors and construction machines. I've payid for one of it into a bank account and never recieved any tractor or money back. they sent me an false contract, they told me to sign it and after this they gived me a bank account where to send the money. after this, no response from them. and now I lost the money and it's been a mounth with no answer. please help me, or if I can't recieve my money back please take the website down, at least no other people buy from there.
