Took money out of my Paypal account meant for Newegg

I was buying an Eset Nod32 security program from Newegg and i sent Newegg all my information to take money out of my Paypal account and somehow Saphie got the info and took the money. I contacted Newegg and they have no record of the transaction, i then contacted Paypal and filed an unauthorized transaction claim but Paypal said it was not a timely report, that i was late filing. I have no way of contacting Saphie since i was not dealing with them in the first place.
