No engineer arrives

I ordered an update of broadband and tv and phone in one package on 27th March. a time and date for the engineer to come was confirmed by letter from them. Low and behold nothing happened no engineer. Customer sevices could not help me after spending 20minutes on the phone. I am digusted with the way I have been treated
