NFL Live Online Officialtv commits penalty East Sussex S

I bought their service on Sept. 8 to watch nfl games online. However, the visual quality was poor. In addition, the streaming constantly had to buffer, so was impossible to view. I requested a refund 4 hours after purchase. Customer service wrote back w/in 24 hours and said that only on the 27/28 of each month does accounting issue refunds and that I should wait a couple days for the refund to show up on my credit card. Two, four days, a week went by with no refund, so I emailed customer service again. No answer, even to repeated attempts for the next couple weeks. Terrible. Good service until you pay. Then you're on your own. I'm happy to discuss this terrible company further with anyone else who wishes to purchase this service. Please email me at cchandler5@hotmail.com.

No reply after they did not complete their promise, yet their website promises the following. Easy to write such pledges, but real businesses carry them out!
