Failed To Pay, Breach Of Contract

I built a website for Andre Olivier and agreed to manage an affiliate marketing program. He has sold his property and moved back with his family to South Africa to his father's farms. I have his contact details there (phone only).

Excluding the terms of the contract I am owed in excess of $2, 600 and if the contract had been met in full my losses would have been just under $6, 000 to date.

I have locked down two of his domains (registered in his wife's name) so they cannot be transferred and I am closing one of his web sites at the beginning of April as well as his affiliate program. These are now held by me as surety against him. He has been registering everything of late under his wife's name so technically all my monies owed are from her.

He has serious financial issues having been sued by H M Revenue & Customs in the UK. He won the case but his assets remain frozen.

He is still conducting business with the help of associates and is now operating from South Africa with the intent on producing a franchise dating operation.

At the time of writing he has been sent a final demand for payment.

I decided to post this having read another report about the same individual.
