Paypal - - skeeza I pay this guy who is the admin $155.00 thru paypal for service that he never do. I ask him for my money and never answer back. ripoff Nottingham

On May 26 I pay this guy who claim he is a programmer and the admin for www.chats2ya.com $155.00 thru paypal a service that he never do. I have proof that he is the admin, he email that he sent me is admin@chats2ya.com, and also skeezadageeza@hotmail.com, He supposted to add a chats program to my page that I buy thru another website, and I send him by email the codes for my chat.

A couple of days after the transaction I send him an email and I start worry about this situation, he did not respond to all the emails that I sent him, even thru pay pal I try to cancel the transaction and fill a dispute thru pay pal but they did nothing about it.

I know it has been five years but I wasn't able to log in to my pay pal account to find out about his email address and the city where he lives, because I change my email address and for some reason pay pal change my password or somebody change it, and I wasn't able to do anything about it, and finally I got into my account and find all the emails that I sent him asking for my money back, after one month of that situation I found him on msn messanger and I ask him why he kept my money, and he start sending smileys and laughing.

I just want my money back because I need it and because is my money.
