RIPOFF CHEAP SOFTWARE COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THATS THE LAST YOU'LL SEE OF THEM Internet

Purchased a computer-related book on 12/26 from these guys after receiving four different solicitation emails. The emails were from mumuka-oem. The confirmation I printed out said I would be contacted by 4softdownload.com within 24 hours. It's now been a week and a half and despite many letters to their support via regular email and through the website, I've received no reply whatsoever.

After doing some research I've since found they are big time ripoff artists under a number of names a few of which I listed above. Ignore any emails you receive from these people. I'm reasonably certain this particular email and confirmation came from London as that is the location my bank gives me about the payment, but I've read they're headquarters are either in Latvia or Russia. Thankful I only paid for a book not a piece of software, Don't expect to see the money back but hope this will warn others to stay away. Typical case of if it sounds too good to be true etc. But when you're broke -- you take a chance. I took your chance for you. Don't order from these people.

PS - They're common excuse is that they tried to send you the info but with the way spam filters are these days it must have been blocked. I have my email set up so nothing is filtered - I'll decide what is spam, thank you, not my isp. So the spam solicitation emails have had no problem getting through, but they're going to claim the email with instructions didn't? Not very likely.

Liars, ripoffs, thieves, scumbags who prey on the poor by making them think they're helping them out against the high priced big software companies - they turn out to be even worse.
