Yes I admit to making a few orders from this company and canceled them out but on 7-11 I went a head and thought I would try the product, I ended up having and allery reaction to this product and asked if I could be refunded.

They emailed me back saying not with out a doctors note I could not be refund, because I guess they didn't belive me when I had allgery reaction to there product and so I asked the BBB about this and they felt they couldn't do noting either about this,

this company refuses to send me a refund because I made a few orders and canceled them and the very last time I order and wanted to return the order that's when they started to give me a much bigger deal out of this then anything else.

So I even emailed them the other day asking them if I could get part of a refund out of $65 and let them refund me $35 at least, they refused yet again. Saying I order several times and should have know etc.

I am rather anger because no other herbal company would ever have done this to the person that is buying an item from them etc, I mean if I went to a local GNC store and all and tired out a herbal product it would say if I wasn't happy for any reason I could return the product no questions asked. This is by far the only company that I know of that has ever made a much bigger deal out of this then anything at all.

I just hate to see any other male person go through this same type of issue, I mean a person should be able to change there minds and then order when they can etc with out a problem and if there is one they shouldn't have and even bigger one if the person has a medical problem with there product etc. They should at least be able to return it with in the return window etc.

But this company is refusing to do anything more to help me out or go out of there way to do so, I am sure there are more people out there that are going through the same issues as well as me.
