I had the bad idea to sign for a premium listing, after two weeks is still not working properly, manager account never answer your emails or is clear with answers and when you said that you want to stop the campaign the only thing they tell you is that you are under a sic months contract! because probably if we were not under these contracts we will be leaving cause their incompetence. I am a small business paying now the consequences of a bad precipitate decision. Do not do it, avoid their premium listing you will get better results on many other sites, what they have is an incredible heartless sales department but nothing else, do you want figures? after two weeks I have only two visits from QYPE on my website, YELP free listing after one week I had 27. You can call fair trade the will guide you what options do you have complain and report as many we do it more chances we will have on a small claim an individual is an opinion a multitude is a case!.. and this person from QYPE going around the forums! release contracts of disappointed clients that's all what you have to do!
