I am absolutely disgusted with Virgin media, the ADSL service in the evening has always been appalling due to non spending on equipment and over subscription. However I now found out that because I watched a couple of steamed videos off the net which meant I exceed a unknown limit of 5 Gig on a 2 meg line in one week, I find I have been capped for a whole following week with a speed that resembles dial up. Virgin media keep changing the rules and do not inform the customer, they are are not offering an unlimited service, far from it, and with a 2 meg line I hardly think I am abusing the bandwidth. I shall be leaving them post haste and advise other not to be drawn in by their false marketing sales pitches.!
