I made the purchase of this item on October 5 and received confirmation of shipment on October 9. I was told it would be 10-14 working days for shipment to the US. As of October 29 & THE SHIPMENT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED! I've had to pay my credit card for something not received and a 12 year old boy's birthday was ruined!!! Contact with this company has resulted on no second shipment. HELP HELP HELP
