Order not cancelled

About three weeks ago I first tried to cancel my order for Juveneu [order number 2-149806], ringing 02 9191 2787 repeatedly [no email. address supplied], during normal business hours. After repeated tries there was either no answer or a message to "ring back in business hours, " but finally someone did answer, took my order number and said that she would cancel my order. Last week to my surptise yet another item arrived but I thought the cancellation had not had time to be affected. Today, on receiving yet another unwanted supply of Juveneu, I tried [about 4pm. Aust. E.STime] to phone 02 9191 2787 but again the recorded message advised me to ring in business hours. There was no help either from the customer support link [wwww.billing.faq.com], provided by Juveneu - it displays no email contact direct to Juveneu, but is, apparently, only a generic snail mail address for customers in England. Cancelling the credit card seems the only way.
