Worst facial in beauty for u hounslow

Went for a facial in beauty for u in hounslow. The women who was doing my facial kept on rubbing my face with a massage brush and towels. I have done face facial for couple of times in my life but never experienced the brutal scrubbing. This lady did not know what she is doing. And I don't think she was trained. She rubbed my face pimples like anything. She used a hard pin to take out black heads throughout my face. My face was all burning after the facial. And now after 1 day has passed I can see that my face skin is damaged. Now when I touch my skin it's rigid and uneven. I can feel that my skin is damaged. I'm very much disappointed that how can someone get a license to open such beauty saloons even they don't know what they are doing. Is there no system
