Uncomfortable mattress

We bought a super king mattress from dreams, cost nearly£ 3000 the matissee mattres was so uncomfortable we thought ther was somethingg wrong with it, so we got it looked at and it was not faulty but very firm and mnt for elderly infirm people! Seeing me and my husband are not elderly ppl being 26 my husband 35 we were surprised they wantd us to by this mattress! Why is this mattress giving us back neck shoulder pain?? We exchanged it for the ambassador mattress equally as park bench like as the matissee this was last straw! We want a refund but instead end up with a final comfort exchange fa seemour mattress now this is brand new unwrapped and in our way!!! We wnt to bensons got a bed that is heaven! Now dreams are going down!
