We ordered 2 meals on Saturday 28/1 mixed grill and salmon/leek fishcakes, when they arrived they were almost cold and the steak on the mixed grill was black (asked to be cooked medium). We told the waitress and she took them back to the kitchen. When she returned with the meals all they had seemed to do was take off the chips and put freshly cooked ones on. When my partner went to cut the 'lump of charcoal' it was very tough. He took the meal back and was told the manager would come to see him. Richard the manager came across to ask what the problem was, and we explained. He asked if there was anything we wanted to replace the meal, and offrered a refund on the mixed grill. When he returned with the refund he told us he was getting conflicting reports from the kitchen about the state of the mixed grill, which made us feel like he didn't believe us.

Needless to say we will not be going there again.
