Throwing waste from cars when picking up from school

I am disgusted and appalled by parents picking up their children from school and throwing fast food waste from their cars. this is a very small community and the waste the school is creating is diabolical. I would have thought that educating the children was very important but how can we when their parents are setting such bad examples. I would suggest that the school make the guilty aware of what they are doing and that the local community is watching this and that it is a finable offence
