Me and my son being sick after eating at mcdonalds

I brought my son a big breakfast and myself one on saturday the 13th feb and has i got home saturday at about 12 am both me and my son started being sick and there was nothink else that we had eaten during this day and it wasnt until sunday that we was starting to feel much beta but even sunday 14th feb we was still slightly being sick over a meal that i brought at mcdonalds in lewisham high street london se13
