Shocking Food, shocking service

Here Go's nothing, ...Last night my wife ordered pizza this is not something we would normally do, however, the phone call was hilarious... clearly the receptionist, telephonist had a bad reception and I keep saying ahh, hello, hello... I can't hear you?..silence... hello... hello,

Well after a few minutes of that, I hung up... I rang back, after a much difficult order trying to understand... exacally what you got for your money.

I proceded to get in my car and pick the pizza up... walked in the shop, to a girl stood behing the counter on the phone saying I can't hear you?..silence... hello... hello,

the other employee behing the counter just burst into tears, as there was an ajoining door... after 5 minutes wait finally got the pizza... I only live less than 3 miles a way, and within 3 minutes... the pizza was luke warm at best! and tasted crap! further more £20 Lighter, This is typical of a company trying to do there best?..they employ kids that don't give 2 flying f**k and standards are poor... when you feel peckish... DO NOT ORDER PIZZA, I wont bother writing a letter... just vote with my feet and never step in the door again.
