Fake ghd

I purchased a ghd from this website. After i submitted my order i received an email fromna 3rd party agent looking for me to send photo id and a copy of my credit card. I immediatly becamr suspecious and sent sn email back to cancel my order which they did not do. 7 days latery ghd arrived apparantly from CHINA!! The box was damaged, the cd is scratched and the packaging of the ghd inside the box is non existant. I then went to register the product on the official ghd website & the seriel no is not recognised! Fake models please be warned this website should ne removed
