I purchased at the end of november a GHD gift set comprising of a pair of purple ghd straightners and a hairdryer from bobghdhair4sale which claimed to be an official ghd retailer, the price was only £72.99 however, a different amount was taken from my account and i never received the GHD set which they said they had dispatched on 3/12/10 they gave me a tracking number for parcel force but when i contacted parcel force they said it was not a number recognised in this country. in other words a fake tracking number, i notice now that the website has disappeared! Any ideas what i can do to get my money back?
