Useless customer service

Our samsung player would not play our new avatar dvd so we called you for the update as the update would not download from your website you sent us a flash drive witht the update on since downloading the update you sent our player will not play any blue ray discs, we have called many times and keep getting the same answer - we will get the tech guys to call you, i have xplained to your customer service that me and my husband both work from 6am to 6pm mon to friday so to call 1 of our mobile numbers - they have not done this- we have paid over £1500 for the tv and the blue ray player around 18 months ago and i am not happy it has gone wrong already - i have been told that because it is over a year old the warrenty will be out i undertsnad that but my arguement is that it has gone wrong since we downloaded a download from you so i dont see how this is our problem - below is a link to the samsung forums and alot of people seem to be in the same boat as us please advise urgently what you plan to do to to rectify our situation as i am definatly not paying for any repairs and i am currently getting my case together for trading standards as i feel let down by samsung not only is your customer service less than helpful - you have no complaints phone line ND NO DIRECT LINE TO THE SO CALLED "TECH GUYS" i feel this is is very disappointing from a worldwide and well known brand name - not only has it cost me money calling you everyday but my time taken to call you.

please let me know asap what you plan to do about this.
